Florist Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your flowers fresh and on time.

Delivery Area
We provide free shipping within Kuala Lumpur (KL). Delivery to areas outside KL may be subject to additional charges depending on the location. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability and fees for outstation orders.

Delivery Timing
We aim to deliver all orders on the requested delivery date. Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed unless arranged in advance. During peak periods such as festive seasons, public holidays, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Fresh Flower Products
As flowers are seasonal and perishable, certain blooms or foliage may be substituted with similar flowers of equal or greater value if unavailable. We will always maintain the overall style, theme, and colour palette of the arrangement as closely as possible.

Recipient Availability
Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with a receptionist, guard, neighbour, or in a safe sheltered place where appropriate. Redelivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Deliveries to Offices, Hospitals, Funeral Parlours, and Venues
Deliveries to offices, hospitals, funeral parlours, hotels, and event venues are subject to the location’s access rules and receiving procedures. We are not responsible for delays or non-acceptance by the venue or its staff.

Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to delivery details or order contents must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders that have already been prepared, arranged, or dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded.

Perishable Nature of Flowers
Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in colour, bloom size, and shape may occur. Proper care should be taken upon receipt to maintain freshness. We are not responsible for deterioration after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
